Hop on the treadmill and get ready to feel empowered as you take Bethany’s new 20-minute Walk & Jog class. No treadmill? No problem. You can easily take this class outdoors with you and adapt the workout. She’ll coach you through jogging intervals with walking recoveries with a few climbs sprinkled in (up to 6% incline). To top it off, she’s curated a fire playlist with music from David Guetta, Sam Feldt, Martin Garrix, and Martin Solveig.
