With the holiday season upon us, the CardioCast team is taking some time to think of all that we are grateful for this season. From family to our favorite foods, and Facetime to fitness, there is still much to be thankful for even in these trying times.

One thing we all agree on, we are thankful for you, our #CardioCrew. Wishing you well during this Thanksgiving and beyond!

Doug Lotz, Founder & CEO: “Hey everybody. It’s Doug, the founder of CardioCast, wishing you all a very happy Thanksgiving. The team and I wanted to share some thoughts about what we’re thankful for this year, and I’ll kick it off by saying I’m super thankful for you, our cardio crew, who have put together such a supportive community this year.

I’m also thankful for our team, our coaches, who have been so adaptable in bringing the recording studio into their living rooms, and bedrooms, and coat closets to continue to produce recordings throughout the pandemic. I’m also thankful for our Product and Marketing teams, who’ve done a great job in working remotely and continuing to push CardioCast forward, and support all of you and your fitness goals.”

Danielle Devine-Baum, Coach: “This year, more than ever, I am grateful for my family’s health and my own health. I have taken a lot of time in light of everything that’s going on to really reflect on what a blessing that is. Simple as that!”

Darbi Worley, Coach: “What I’m grateful for in this year of isolation and lockdowns is the ability to stay in touch with people virtually. So I am grateful for Zoom, I am grateful for social media, I am grateful for CardioCast. Your messages and getting to know you all has been a bright spot in a pretty dark year. So I am grateful for you!”

Alex Prostano, Coach: “Happy Thanksgiving! This year I am thankful for my family, my friends, my health, and my fitness.”

Gilbert Martinez, Lead Software Engineer: “This year, I’m most thankful for this little guy, who is the newest addition to our family. So from our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Holidays!

Amanda Robinson, Coach: “I know it’s been one of the craziest years that we could never even predict in our whole lives, but I am so grateful for all of you and us being able to stay connected, focus on working on ourselves, which is the most important thing that we can do right now is continuing to take time for us as well as finding time for our families and the ones that we love.

So I hope that you have the most amazing Thanksgiving with your friends and family, you stay safe, and I’m wishing you all very much wellness!”

Alison Raisian, Chief Operating Officer: “Happy Thanksgiving, Cardio Crew. This year, I am thankful for our CardioCast coaches who kept me moving and motivated to not only train for but also complete the New York City virtual marathon this year.

I’m also thankful for all of you, your sweaty selfies inspire me to keep moving and stay motivated. But most importantly, I’m thankful for tacos. Tacos are life.”

Bethany Welch, Coach: “This year, I’m thankful for my health, my family, and my friends, and also the ability to move my body every day.”

Jonathan Carlucci, Coach & VP of Content + Talent: “This year as every year, I’m thankful for my dog, Benji, who keeps me sane. And I’m thankful for our deeper sense of community that we’ve been able to build through all of the challenges we’ve faced together this year.”

Cedric Green, Coach: “This year, maybe more than ever, I’m just thankful for the ability to my body. Movement has always been a safe space for me, and a place for clarity. And this year I moved it a lot.”

Noël Nocciolo, Coach: “I am grateful for essential workers and for research scientists who are working so many hours for all of us.”

Kevin Mondrick, Coach: “I’m very grateful to be able to continue teaching during these very challenging times. I’m even more grateful for a nice glass of wine, cheers to you! Happy Holidays!”

Brian Schrameck, Chief Technology Officer: “This year, I’m thankful for family. Now that goes for my wife, my three kids, and my dog, of course. But, it also goes for you, The Cardio Crew. You’re all of our family at CardioCast and seeing the posts that you make on the Community Group and on Instagram are truly inspirational. Keep them coming cause it’s what keeps us going as well.”

Rachel Vaziralli, Coach: “This season, I am grateful for change. Usually, I resist change, but circumstances lately required massive changes to my life. I had to take on a new job, I’ve moved across the country from New York to beautiful Florida. So I’m grateful for change and I’m grateful for the new opportunities ahead.”

Shaun Patrick Tubbs, Coach: “I’m just thankful for being able to enjoy the day and go for a run!”
